Robert Half Office Team Executive Assistant in McLean, Virginia

One of OfficeTeam's clients in Mclean, VA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a high volume team of tax professionals! Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating numerous Excel spreadsheets, all aspects of client billing and account receivable reconciliation, processing vendor invoices, scheduling meetings, composing routine client letters utilizing mail merges to distribute, maintaining and updating the CRM frequently, binding/assembling client deliverables, and scanning/filing for document retention. The Executive Assistant also handles daily transmittals via UPS/Fed Ex and assists with expense reimbursement and travel arrangements. Executive Assistants will also be responsible for regular communicate with clients and executives. Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years administrative experience supporting multiple executives, preferably in a professional services environment;

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to draft communications;

  • Strong writing skills;

  • Professional demeanor;

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high pressure environment;

  • Experience utilizing a CRM;
