Our team is seeking a technical lead, who will take technical responsibility for our customer-facing service portal. This role performs engineering on our customer-facing resource portal, including program real time status, self-service ordering, self-service training, and self-service onboarding. of polished, customer-facing customer care portals. Work includes design, configuration, deployment, and Tier 3 (engineering) support of the customer portal.

Minimum Education And Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills And Education

  • Prior experience leading small IT teams required.

  • 5 years' experience with SharePoint.

  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint site customization.

  • Working experience integrating third party tools into SharePoint (e.g., SCOM, SCSM, or other products).

  • Working experience with site customization technology, including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Client Side Object Model.

  • Working knowledge of web-centric data types (e.g., JSON, XML, or SOAP).
