Northrop Grumman's CDSA Program is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the team.The selected candidate will provide financial and programmatic support functions to the NSWC Dahlgren Sites Planning Agent (SPA).This support will include financial documentation generation and maintenance; planning, tracking and oversight of SPA financial activities; and programmatic coordination support to include meeting support, spreadsheet generation/manipulation, and data call response.The candidate must have experience generating financial documentation and reports, as well as, maintaining larger volumes of reports.The candidate will also assist in the preparation and tracking of Task Planning Sheets (TPS), budget spreadsheets, and fiscal reports.The candidate will serve as a primary point of contact between SPA and PEO IWS1 on TPS documents and other related tracking reports and spreadsheets.The candidate will also provide direct support to the SPA financial officer on the processing and tracking of procurements.The candidate must have knowledge and experience with the preparation and analysis of financial documentation.The candidate will assist Government personnel in the planning and cost estimating of labor and material procurement in support of AEGIS LBTTS activation efforts.The candidate will assist with the processing of financial information housed on government tools and networks, and provide administrative assistance as needed.The candidate will work with sensitive program information and will be charged with the appropriate safekeeping of this data. The candidate will routinely conduct business on government spaces, so it is essential that they present themselves professionally and interact well with a mix of technical and financial personnel.
·5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's (3 years with a Master's). Note: 7 years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree
·Experience with Navy procurement processes.
·Proficient with MS Office products, particularly with MS Excel
·Experience with face to face customer interaction.
·Experience working with and generating financial documentation.
·The candidate must be comfortable with basic accounting functions.
·Experience working with Task Planning Sheets.
·Experience with SCN, OPN, O&MN, and RDT&E funding movements.
·Current DoD Secret Clearance
·Familiar with Sites Planning Agent functions and organizational structure.
·Knowledge of the PEO IWS1 organizational structure and financial systems.
·Experience with Sites Planning Agent material procurement process.
·Experience with All Sites Module (ASM) and Integrated Business Planning and Execution System (IBPES).
·Experience working with and generating technical documentation.
