Technical and Project Engineering LLC (TAPE) Administrative Clerk II in Arlington, Virginia
Provides records management disposition for all government records and baseline analysis;
Produces, develops and runs analytical standard and ad hoc reports as directed by Federal Staff;
Ad hoc search development, managing of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) system of record;
Develops and updates all administrative System Operation Procedures (SOPs);
Develops training publications and materials for analysis;
Provides user testing and feedback on multiple platforms;
Provides data entry and document upload to appropriate databases;
Processes, tracks and handles all mail from FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service;
Produce and distribute all training materials and Special Emphasis Materials (SMEs);
Mail all correspondence;
Performs all administrative tasks to prepare and maintain detailed records and performance metrics as required by the DRS TRIPS;
Answer and handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
Document handling (mailing, faxing, scanning, filing, copying, printing, distributing and archiving)
Prepare files and records for delivery to the Federal Records Center;
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must have a minimum of two years relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Exceptional time management skills
- Able to take constructive criticism and direction from a peer
- Highly detailed oriented and organized
- Must be adaptable and flexible to changing work team environment
- The ability to obtain a DHS suitability clearance (includes criminal and credit check) is required.
